For many students in WLSA member-schools, preparation for leadership roles should be seen as a natural developmental goal. This program aims to help student participants develop leadership competency across several important categories of knowledge, abilities, attitudes, and behaviours. Among competency areas, the ability to work in complicated cross-cultural settings is a vital one in the 21st century. Leading in such contexts is especially challenging. The program will therefore dedicate considerable time to the intersection of leadership and cross-cultural competence.

WLSA recognizes the importance of continued professional development and training for staff to ensure the best educational experience for both student and teacher. Be a Host School East to West Exchange

Give your students the international experience without ever leaving the classroom! The WLSA East to West Exchange Programme presents an opportunity for your school to host students for a three week period in January-February from our WLSA associate schools in East Asia. This dynamic programme comes complete with;
